Encompass API integrations that actually ship
Developer Connect, Partner Connect, webhooks, middleware — we connect Encompass to the rest of your stack with production-grade reliability: retry logic, monitoring, and documentation included, not extra.
The integration layer for your lending stack
CRM & POS sync
Leads in, milestones out. Borrower and loan data flows between Encompass and your CRM or point-of-sale in near real time — no swivel-chair re-keying, no stale pipelines, no missed follow-ups.
Encompass Partner Connect (EPC)
For lenders: migrating legacy service ordering to EPC before the December 31, 2026 deadline. For vendors: building and certifying your EPC listing so your integration survives the sunset.
Webhooks & event automation
Loan-event subscriptions that trigger downstream workflows the moment something changes — disclosures sent, conditions cleared, milestones hit. Push, not poll.
Data warehouse & reporting feeds
Reliable pipelines from Encompass into Snowflake, SQL Server, or wherever your reporting lives — incremental, monitored, and resilient to API limits.
Pricing engine & vendor connections
Product and pricing, mortgage insurance, flood, fraud, verifications — connected into the loan workflow with proper error handling instead of hope.
Custom middleware
When two systems don't speak the same language, we build the translator: queue-backed, idempotent, observable middleware that ops teams can actually support.
Built like software, not like scripts
Most Encompass integrations fail in the boring ways: rate limits, token expiry, partial failures, silent drift. Ours ship with the unglamorous parts done.
Retry & idempotency
Every write is safe to replay. Transient failures recover themselves.
Monitoring
Dashboards and alerts on every pipeline — you know before the ops team does.
Rate-limit aware
Batching and backoff tuned to Developer Connect limits, so month-end doesn't melt.
Documented
Runbooks and architecture docs your team owns. No vendor lock-in, including to us.
Common questions
What is the difference between Developer Connect and Partner Connect?
Encompass Developer Connect is the REST API platform for reading and writing loan data, automating workflows, and building custom integrations against your own instance. Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) is the framework service providers use to deliver services — appraisal, title, flood, verifications — into Encompass, replacing legacy service ordering. Most lenders migrating off the SDK need work on both.
Can you connect Encompass to our CRM or point-of-sale system?
Yes — bidirectionally. Typical builds: new leads flow from your CRM or POS into Encompass as loans, and milestone/status changes flow back in near real time via webhooks. We have built production integrations for CRMs, POS platforms, pricing engines, document vaults, and data warehouses.
Do you build EPC integrations for service providers?
Yes. If you are a vendor whose legacy Encompass integration dies with service ordering on December 31, 2026, we build your Encompass Partner Connect listing — the EPC service endpoints, order lifecycle handling, and certification with ICE.
What about webhooks and real-time data?
Developer Connect supports webhook subscriptions for loan events, which we use instead of polling wherever possible — lower latency, lower API-call volume, and far more reliable than scheduled SDK batch jobs ever were.
