Consultants who'd rather be building
Encompass LOS Consulting is what happens when the people who build lending software full-time start taking on the Encompass problems other shops quote in quarters.
We operate the stack we consult on
Most consultancies learned Encompass from the admin panel outward. We came at it the other way: building and operating a full mortgage lending platform — CRM and lead automation, document rules engines, e-sign workflows, borrower portals, and LOS integrations running in production. Encompass integration isn't a service line we added; it's infrastructure we live with.
That changes how engagements go. When we scope an SDK migration, we've already made the architectural mistakes on our own platform and fixed them there. When we say a webhook-driven integration beats a polling batch job, it's because ours have processed real loan pipelines, not because a whitepaper said so.
Small on purpose
No account managers, no bench of juniors, no offshore relay race. The engineer who joins your assessment call is the engineer who writes the code and the documentation. That's only possible because we stay deliberately small and say no to work that doesn't fit.
How we engage
- Free assessment first. Every engagement starts with a no-cost review — you get a written inventory and plan whether or not you hire us.
- Fixed scope, not open meters. You approve a price and a delivery date per component. Surprises are our problem, not yours.
- Weekly working demos. Software you can click every week. Direction corrections cost days, not quarters.
- You own the result. Source code, docs, and runbooks handed over clean. You can maintain everything without us — most clients still choose not to.
